How to Upgrade, Downgrade, Switch Grades, or Cancel Your Membership
Whether you’re looking to upgrade for more resources, scale down to a smaller plan, or cancel altogether, it's a super simple process.

Here's how:
Upgrade, Downgrade, Change Grades 
To switch your membership level or grade level access, just send me an email with:
  1. The email address linked to your current membership.
  2. The plan you’d like to switch to.
Example:
If you’re a 3rd grade teacher currently on the Bronze plan for grades 3–5 and decide you’d like to upgrade to the Gold plan but only for 3rd grade, you could send a quick message like this:
Email all membership changes to: [email protected] or this contact form.
Cancel Your Membership
You can cancel at any time - no questions asked! 
Steps to cancel:
  1. Scroll to the bottom of any page on this website.
  2. Click “Cancel Monthly Membership.”
  3. Enter the email address connected to your membership.
  4. You should see the message:
    “Your subscription(s) have been cancelled successfully.”
