How to Reset Your Password Associated with Your Membership
If you’re locked out of your McCarthy Math Academy membership or just need a quick password reset, I’ve got you.
​This guide will walk you through the exact steps to reset your password and get you right back into your membership.
Step 1: Make Sure You Are Logged Out
  • Hover over the tab at the top of the website that says "LOG OUT."
  • Select the option below to "LOG OUT." 
Step 2: Get to the Login Pop Up:
  • Click the tab at the top of the website that says "⭐️Members Enter Here⭐️." 
  • Choose the program you signed up for (i.e. Taking on the B.E.S.T., Taking on the FAST, or McCarthy Math 1-5-5).
  • This should prompt the Member Login window to pop up. 
  • Click the Reset Password link.
Step 3: Reset Your Password Window:
  • ​Enter​ your email to  reset your password . This should be the email that you signed up with.
Step 4: Check Your Inbox for the Email:
  • ​You should receive an email that contains the link to reset your password. Click that link. 
  • Make sure you check your spam or junk folders.
  • ***If you do not receive this automatic email from a "No-reply" sender, please contact me. I will personally email you the link you need to reset your password.***
Step 5: Create Your New Password:
  • After clicking the link, you’ll be taken to a page where you can type in a new password.
  • Then, click "Continue."
Step 6: Try to Access Your Membership Resources:
  • Click the tab at the top of the website that says "⭐️Members Enter Here⭐️." 
  • Choose the program you signed up for (i.e. Taking on the B.E.S.T., Taking on the FAST, or McCarthy Math 1-5-5).
  • This may prompt the Member Login window to pop up. Simply enter your email and new password, and Log in.
